I was wondering if anybody has tried his "Hofmann Original" blotter. I just got some and don't have a lot of experience with LSD, was hoping to get some information regarding the potency/dose recommendation.

Don't have a lot of experience with acid either, so I can't judge potency or anything, but I took four of streetpharmacy's hoffman's yesterday and had a fucking blast. Awesome seller, cool guy.

I had some hofmanns about a month ago (my first SR purchase) that were bunk. I don't remember whether they said "the originals" on them or something else. Also, I DID NOT get them from streetpharmacy, so his may be perfectly fine. I've just avoided them because of that first experience. Also, the vendor I got them from sent me some avatars to replace the bunk hofmanns. The avatars were right on.

Got five Hofmann Originals from streetpharmacy last week and took them with my roommate (2,5 blotters each) last saturday.
Craziest trip of my life, over two hours of beautiful visuals and a trip of at least ten hours.

got 5 of them these days, they're quite ok. my gf loved them, i had a good experience but i was overall tired the two times i took it, so maybe thats why they couldnt keep me up all night. vendor is also a standup guy and ships quick, definitely recommended.

A while back I ordered a ten strip of Hofmanns to the U.S. from StreetPharmacy, took under 10 days, and I'm inexperienced with acid but I had a fucking awesome time.

I placed order for 3x hofmans on Nov 22, its now Dec 7 and nothing....I PM'd vendor and he said they definitely shipped and just to wait a few days....that was 4days ago...
How long should I wait until I know it will never arrive?

I got mine from SP in 8 days to central US. I recieved them before the USPS got crazy with holiday shopping, and I'd say you're probably looking at delays because of this. I've only ordered once, but I did a lot of research and it seems like he wouldn't fuck you. also, the L is good, MRgrey is absolutely correct, 100-120 ug, you'd get good visuals with 2 hits. I'd say SP is worth your time, money and trust. good luck

I ordered someHofmanns around the 23rd; still haven't received them yet as of the 7th, but previous two orders (E pills) both made it to the US in 6-10 days, so I'm optimistic that this is just holiday postal delay; eager to try these out vs what I have from themunchies.

I'm still expecting them to arrive, I'm only a few transactions in on SR and I think initially I had the highest hopes for these from streetpharm. Received all other orders placed on same day awhile ago.
Havent lost hope yet.

I took one Hoffman last night and it was so bomb. Guessing more than 100mcg, though, though not a lot. I haven't taken LSD in over a year so take that for what its worth. The euphoria and cleanness of the trip was out of this world. There weren't very many visuals though.

I dropped 2 Hofmanns last week-end and had a really nice trip. Went to the park under the rain by myself, put my headphones and had a blast listening to some good music.
I was pleased with my experience, I'd say they're around 100-120 mics IMO, and are "clean". Didn't have a harsh comedown and was able to go to bed after 9-10 hours.
Streetpharmacy is highly HIGHLY recommended ;)

have a friend on the east coast who ordered the same day as me and received his on Saturday, so im hoping to get mine today or tomorrow (west coast). Him and another friend of ours took a tab and a half and had a real nice time, so im looking forward to getting mine!

same boat as you Gatsby: 19 days later and still waiting to embark on phase 2 of the Great SilkRoad Acid-Test. (hope it's just sitting at the bottom of a Christmas card pile and not seized with my address now flagged by customs, though I don't think the latter scenario is very likely).
oh well...everyone else have fun and report back on the experience! (especially if you've had LSD from other vendors against which to compare).

had a real great night on a tab and a half... not the best acid I've ever had, but it was really good, and i unfortunately have not had experience with other SR acid to compare it to... Overall: A+. Great visuals and great feelings. Excited to experiment with the other 3 and a half tabs i've got!

Hi streetpharmacy, hi everyone, i'm a new customer and i'm waiting for the package from streetpharmacy. This is going to be my first lsd experience, you guys suggest to take half tab and the other half later if i will feel comfortable? Or these tabs aren't too strong for a first timer?

streetpharmacy ships packages that look very much like junk mail so you might want to take a second look through your past mail.
I've had great experiences with streetpharmacy on a couple occasions and I know that if you do not receive your LSD that the situation will be resolved professionally by the vendor.

The hofmanns I've had in the last couple months were bunk, and from what I've read elsewhere most of that blotter was either poorly laid or had nothing on it. Occasionally someone would get a hit that had something on it. What's the difference between those hofmanns and your blotter, SP? Are some of your hits blanks too?
I'm just curious and hope you don't take offense to this inquiry. In no way am I suggesting you are selling bunk acid, I just had a bad experience with bunk hofmanns and I know many others who had the same experience.

streetpharmacy's blotter atleast in my personal experience were never bunk and always as potent as all the other acid on sr(bloomingcolor, and freedomepeople). also his shipping is top notch and got to love them brown rolex. all around a+++ as a vendor as i have never had a any problem with him

Went through past 3 wks mail again tonight, and the only junk-type mail I have was from companies I use (cable, health insurance, bank, etc)....
I don't doubt SP's status as a solid vendor and he's likely to resolve situation amicably, but sometimes you just want your psychedelics, you know?

After myself and 2 others each took 1 hit, we all noticed an extreme bitter taste to the blotter, that we knew was not characteristic of LSD, after waiting for 3.5 hours, very minimal effects were felt that could only be acquainted to a sub 50ug dose of LSD. THESE BLOTTERS ARE NOT ADVERTISED HONESTLY!!! We were all very disappointed after expecting a nice psychedelic experience, we were left with a body high and the giggles. One of us dosed orally, the other two sublingually.

I too received the hoffman's but I had the opposite experience. I guess these are not consistent. But the doses I got were excellent, about 100-120 ug and I had a nice trip, nice subtle visuals and could sleep after 10 hours. I wonder what happened here...

SP, are you talking about the hofmanns here? You are aware of the problems with the hofmanns a couple months ago, right? What is the difference between the ones you have and the ones that were out there a couple months ago? The print is similar - don't know if it's exactly the same. And since I haven't tried yours, I don't know what they are like. I was so disappointed with the ones I got (from someone else) that I haven't bought any of these even though you apparently have a good rep as an L vendor. I'm definitely not trying to disparage you, just trying to understand the product you are selling.

Well. Same here. My friend took only 1 and was very disappointed, blaming it can't be real acid but DOX or something. I myself took 2 hits and was satisfied but the trip was weak I'd say for 2 blotters. I'm not blaming anyone, got some more of these beauties and will take 3 or 4 next time.
Just curious, can someone explain that extreme bitter taste of these Hoffmans? Like 1 is okay, but 2 or 3 in your mouth and it's that bitter you can't stand the taste, makes me really wanna throw up.
Anyhow, SP price is good and I'll definitely buy some more in future.

I am getting the same blotters from the same batch from the same source for months now and I am 100% certain, that they do not contain any DOx (I think somebody even did a reagent test a while ago). I cannot explain the bitter taste, it must be either the Ink or a contamination. Anyway, I have no idea what makes them taste bitter. I have had legit lsd that was very bitter before, but it was definitely lsd. Set and setting plays a big role here, if you start your strip thinking about you might have ingested a DOx compound can very well ruin a trip.

I took my first ever LSD trip last night with streetpharmacy's blotter.
I only ordered 1 tab, so that's all I took.
After the first hour went by I began to feel this feeling of extreme happiness and I could NOT wipe this fucking huge grin off my face for the entire duration of the trip. I also found everything to be quite hilarious, unless it was something depressing/sad.
At this point I felt a little disappointed because I was expecting a little more than just feeling really stoned. Even though I knew I took a fairly small dose, I was hoping to see SOME kind of visuals.
Well, I hadn't actually stood up between taking the LSD and being 90 minutes into the trip. BOY did that kick it in to high gear. I immediately felt an impaired balance, and I kept accidentally tripping over things on the way to my bag of pot.
So, I pull a bud out, but for the LIFE of me I couldn't get both hands to touch it at the same time, even though I was looking RIGHT at it. I found this amusing until I was finally able to break up the pot. So I smoke some of that and lay down, only to see the ceiling... crawling? That's the only word I can think of to describe it. Maybe swirling? I don't know. It's weird because it was only happening to the ceiling, if I looked anywhere else, it was normal.
Listened to a lot of Beatles, loved every minute.
I noticed trails behind my hand whenever I moved it around in front of me. This entertained me for a long time, it made me so happy. I couldn't stop thinking about how incredible it was that I could see remnants of my hand in the air after it had already left that position.
I began to have a slight headache on the right side of my head, which I believe is the creative side if I'm not mistaken. But it was DEEP inside, I've never *felt* my brain before, that is to say, I've never felt a sensation inside my brain that was so direct and strong. It didn't feel good, but I could only wonder what it was. Was it my senses being overloaded? Was it my brain opening up new connections that it had made before? Or maybe it was just the acid coursing through my head.
All in all, great experience. I've been looking forward to trying LSD for at least a year now, and I've finally gotten to do it (from such a high quality source, too).
When I get the money I'm buying a sheet of this. I'll never quit this stuff!

Yeah, that's what I said to my friend about setting and I think that was definitely one part of his problem while tripping. Anyhow I should say the magical patterns and mystical ornaments glowing everywhere in sense of feeling like eternal now in the name of love, these little Hofmanns speaks for themselves.

I'd like to contribute something to this thread. (since there is no general "LSD quality" thread yet)
First of all, I have nothing bad to say about SP. He is a Professional vendor, selling a product that most people are satisfied with.
Personally, I'm not that impressed with this product. It is not bad,but its not the kind of LSD that i prefer.
1. it contains either some unreacted ergotlines(LAA's) or other alkaloids that occur if the alkaloid source isn't ergot but Morning glory seeds or woodrose seeds. There are some ways to remove these alkaloids, but not every chemist is capable of doing this. Others are just too lazy. Due to that this acid causes some discomfort(hedache etc.), in my experience. Smaller chemists with less resources are not always able to use ergot which is the only way to produce a high quality product.
2. The bitter taste is, at least in this case, no sign that they do contain any DOx compound. Bitter or metallic taste is a sign that there were no precise separations.
Some chemists skip this part of the process. It does not effect the potency. But the quality of the experience.

the ones that i had were around 70-80mic's. IMHO. I didn't have them tested but i'm quite experienced. Also, LSD of this quality is, in most cases, around 70% pure.
if 1 gram is used to make 10.000 hits..
Who ever chemist produced this chrystal is not what i would call a PRO. Maybe he is just lazy and profit-oriented. Or maybe he is unlucky and is not able to obtain a quality lysergic acid amid source.
I am not a chemist.(lets say i knew one)just an entheogen enthusiast.
Somewhere in this forum, i read a post where someone was stating that he was never a believer in this "clean vs. dirty LSD thing" . But this is not a question of believing or not. it's a scientific fact.
All good LSD/bad LSD discussions in this forum are about mic's. But i never see anything about the quality. Good clean acid opens doors that you would not even see with an low quality product.
I would rather take 300 mic's of pure high quality acid then 500 mic's of contaminated acid for the same price. if you got some experience, you know what i'm talkin' about.
I would really like to hear your opinion on this matter.

My Review:
I ordered 5 tabs off SP about a month ago, and the first thing I did was run the Ehlrich reagent test, which turned up positive for LSD.
I took 4 tabs this past weekend, and the first thing I noticed is that they do indeed have a VERY bitter taste to them, (Mitanox's hoffmans did as well, might be the paper?) but the ehlrich test calmed me down about it being dox. The trip came in around T+45 minutes and I had a very clear, (no headache), very strong trip. My guess would be about 80-100ug per tab.

like i said, the biter taste occurs due to lack of separations. The production of LSD involves heavy usage of solvents. From defatting and extraction of the source material to the crystallization of LSD. if these solvents are not separated properly, you get this bitter taste.
these leftover solvents will do no harm in this small amount.
With "headache" i did not mean a really painful headache that stays with you for hours during the trip.
For lack of a better term i call it a general discomfort. Really pure acid just feels more gentle(body and mind).
I'm quite sensitive about those things. So maybe for most people it's not that relevant.
don't want any misunderstandings,just because i don't find the right words to describe it properly. :) ???

I've done my share of LSD since the 80s and this is some of the better, other than the bitter taste. I pretty much suffered through my first year of college with Grateful Dead blotter after blotter of lavender low grade doses which gave me horrible back aches (now wonder they were only $100/sheet!). So I KNOW ergotmine poisoning - I can feel it. With SP's Hoffmans as well as those same print from Mitanox (same bitter taste) I had no systemic effects. As a matter a fact I just did a double dose of SP's Hoffman's again last night with brilliant results. I think your intention is good, but the little evidence we have of chemistry in this batch from not seeing the crystals (all we know is the bitter taste) does not back up your hypnosis (improper separation, baby rosewood instead of ergotamine tartrate).

Your right. If it were a lavender crystal, we would know and nobody would say that this is a quality blotter. I would GUESS its an amber crystal(like the Bulk output of the Picard lab) or a low quality silver crystal. But like you said, it's hard to tell since we didn't see any crystal.
My experience for the most part is with white crystal. Needlepoint, only twice. Fluff, most of the time. And silver at about 90% purity.
And IMHO these blotters are not of this quality.
The "side effects"(little discomfort) are minimal but the are there with a dosage of 3 hits. But they are nothing compared to.. ergotamine poisoning.
it is still a trial on circumstantial evidence and my personal experience.
Like i said i'm not a chemist.
The explanation for the bitter taste (due to lack of separation) was given to me by my former source, a chemist that is now retired.
this guy knows what he was doing.

edit: Maybe the chemist did not have the resources to use chromatography. I was told that it is possible to do a simple crystallization using tartaric acid.
This method is much simpler, cheaper and you have less solvents to dispose. The crystals are lightly impure.
Maybe thats why its not as pure and enlightening as i know it. Just a hypothesis.
Maybe SP could ask the Brain behind these? ;)

SP kept asking me to wait, figured ok fine, holidays = slow shipping (even though I ordered before Thanksgiving), still nothing shows up....he says PM him on Monday and he'll re-ship, so I PM on Monday...
He reads PM, no response....send another PM asking what deal is 2 days later...hasn't read latest PM...

Understand it's Christmas and he's probably got shit going on IRL, but this is unacceptable.
Would not recommend him as a vendor.
StreetPharm is a good guy. Give him the benefit of the doubt, IMO. He will resolve the matter - it is Christmas time and people have families etc.. I know it sucks.. you will get used to to occasional letdown if you are here for a long enough time.

Yeah, I understand that its busiest time of year for anybody, and don't mean to come across as bitchy/complaining/etc.

I have 2 previous orders (xtc) with SP that all made it to the USA in less than two weeks and were very nicely packaged, and on the basis of this positive past experience I finalized prematurely (but not instantly). How some inconspicuous paper blotters failed to arrive is a mystery. I was momentarily worried that they were possibly seized and my address flagged, but some blotters from Juergen, placed 3 weeks after the Hofmann order, arrived from Germany in 6 days so that essentially dismisses interception as a possibility.
To his credit, SP has been in communication throughout and has offered a partial refund; a small PITA for everyone involved as well as a lesson to stay in escrow. Based on past experience and the relatively trivial amounts of BTC involved, I don't think this is part of some selective scam, just an unfortunate hiccup with the mail.

I ordered 2 of the Hoffman's from StreetPharmacy. It took about seven business days to the US, which I had no problem with.
Last night me and my gf each took one tab. It was our first time dropping acid, we have done shrooms before and we've both been dying to try acid.
We put the tabs under our tongue and we both immediately noticed the extremely bitter taste, it tasted like we were eating rubbing alcohol. After about 10-15 mins we swallowed the paper and waited for the fun to begin.
...About and hour and a half later and we both felt absolutely nothing. Major disappointment. I ended up giving it about three hours total (being a newbie I thought maybe it could take this long) until I gave up on it and ate some shrooms I had.
Did I get bunk? Or did I just not take enough? I feel if it didn't take enough, we would have at least felt SOMETHING.
I'm hoping my next experience with acid goes a little better haha.

Ordered from SP about three weeks ago... two packages from him were mailed on the same day. I live in the US... one package arrived in 7 days the other came in 14 days. This was before the holiday rush.
Stealth packing... good communication.
gypsyrose, you should of felt something off of one tab unless there were a peculiar variety of other drugs in your system... maybe sp will have insight or another.

I took 1 hofman last week, it was my 2nd time on LSD and it was quite intense. I was at a darkpsy rave so it was overall a very nice trip, but I had some difficult moments. Anyway I have some experience with mushrooms and as I said I tried LSD once before (in a completely different setting so I won't compare the trips, they were really different and I can't compare the potency), so I won't say I am very experienced with psychedelics but I'm not a virgin, and 1 hit was enough to have an amazing experience.

I purchased a blotter from SP on Dec. 10, no communication (none needed), finalized early, and haven't received it in the mail :(
I understand it is an international order + holiday shipping so I'm going to give it another couple of days before PM SP. Just concerns me that it has been more than 2 weeks while I've read people in the states getting theirs in ~6 days. Any who I'll keep my eyes peeled before I contact SP!
EDIT: Received my product in the mail yesterday! Guess the holidays delayed the arrival took a little over 2 weeks, but I'm a happy camper. Can't vouch for quality yet.

A couple of days ago I sat on theater, watching a show on seat number 13, the row was under the same number too. Then it did hit me that I have 13 blotters of these Hofmans left and I should take them all, in theater. Firstly I took 4, taste was still bitter but kick-in was fast. In some point it was like waking up in the middle of ocean, feeling helpless but still in a good way because I was prepared for mind-blowing dosage. It was very hard to get out, to go home and it all was so pure I should say. So I didn't take those 9 but I'd say now that much of complaining in this thread is somehow unnecessary. When I smoked a joint at home I actually forget where I am when turned all the lights off. It was very beautiful and I definitely recommend SP's acid. Just expect nothing and you could really really drop out with 3 or 4 of these tabs.

I ordered a 3 piece of the hofmann originals, shipping to the US only took 5 days not counting sunday. excellent product, 2 tabs got me on my ass and almost arrested lmao(went for a walk and a cop noticed i kept stopping every couples seconds to check my phone but really i was just worried that he would notice i was swaying as i walked so i kept stopping lol) at first i was sure if they were giving me any effect but then i took a shower and looked at my wall to find intense three dimensional patterns. great vendor, deffinetly ordering from again soon.

I owe Dr Amsterdam an apology. After eating 3 more hits of the hoffman blotter, I can say it is definitely acid. Maybe unevenly laid? I ruined any effects I had during my first trip by thinking it was DOx. A little weak but a legit dealer. Amazing shipping speed.

So on the LSD page, Streetpharmacy's acid is ranked as bestselling, and I just thought it's kinda weird that he's one of the only vendors who doesn't have much of an active thread going about feedback/reviews and the like, and yet, he's the bestselling vendor? Lol?? I'm thinking about buying some tabs from him, but I'd like to see some reviews about his current batch before I pull the trigger. All of the reviews in this thread are almost a month old now, but he's still the first one on the list when you sort by bestselling, so I'm assuming his stuff must be legit. Please post experiences with Streetpharmacy's CURRENT batch of acid.

Bitter taste, but not metallic, taste that has been regularly reported as characteristic of European L.
0:30- Held it sublingually for 30 minutes, then swallowed the tab which was still intact.
1:30- 1 hour after swallowing (1.5 after placing under tongue), I began to come up very cleanly and with an energized, giddy feeling.
2:30- I am beginning to feel pretty good and am 100 percent sure that this is genuine LSD. Mild visuals (melting, breathing) and mild to moderate difficulty keeping focused on one thing (typical for me on LSD, tend to get distracted and zone out on things).
3:00- I am feeling GREAT. All I was hoping for was a good trip off of one tab (SP had guesstimated 80-120ug per tab, and I would say he was accurate), and I got what I wanted. Philosophical, nice moderate melting but no crazy visuals, a bit spacey, and only a slight edgyness- totally manageable.
3:30- Peaking and having a good time. Music kicks my ass and have decent OEV, not much CEV. Introspective soul-searching, my favorite part about L. Intellectual realizations and a clear mind. The chemical-feel present in some L is very mild, almost nonexistent.
5:30- I am up late and know I need to get to bed soon, but am still feeling good. The dose is mild enough (for me, fairly experienced L dropper) that I can lay down and enjoy drifting off into sleep while still feeling psychedelic.
10:30- Wake up to get ready for work. Feeling a good afterglow, no hangover, well rested after only 5 hours of sleep and feeling good about life.
All in all, StreetPharmacy's Hofmann's were as-advertised and I would say this guy is as legit as it gets. (International shipping succeeded without a hitch and got to me in under 5 business days).
The print seemed unusually pixelated, but I know the product was definitely LSD. One tab also completely cured a headache I had all day within an hour of dosing.
This is a review of the CURRENT batch of SP's Original Hofmann's. These are the real deal; one is enough for a good trip, two for blastoff. I'd guesstimate at least 80ug per tab. Sad I only have a few left :'(

I'm wondering if I just got a dud batch or something? three tabs of the "original hofmanns" and I got about the same effect as taking a few caffeine pills - a bit of a "stim" effect, a pleasant buzz but no "trip", no visual or auditory effects at all.

I've never tripped before and I already bought some of SP's hofmanns, how many should I take? i guess one might not cut it.
